These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

General Terms and Conditions

bag999 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. This platform offers live casino, slots, cricket betting, sports events, and many other types of gaming services.

The word "Platform" as used in these Terms refers to the bag999.cam website, any of its sub-domains, and all related services. "Member" refers to any registered user who uses the services of the platform.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all products and services of bag999. Additional terms may apply for special promotional offers or specific games, and these will be published on the relevant page. In the event of any conflict with these Terms, the specific terms will take precedence.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

The original language of these Terms is Bengali. Any translation is provided for convenience only; in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered final.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account with bag999, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide true and accurate information.
  • Only one account may be opened per person.
  • You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
  • You must manage the account yourself — management by a third party is prohibited.

2.1 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is a violation of the Terms. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Updating Information

If any information provided at registration changes, update your profile right away. Delays or cancellations caused by incorrect or outdated information are entirely the Member's responsibility.

Age Limit and Identity Verification

bag999 is for individuals aged 21 and above only. We are committed to protecting minors from gambling.

Warning: If any person under the age of 21 opens an account or provides false information about their age, their account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.1 KYC Verification Process

We follow the Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure security. Identity verification documents may need to be submitted in the following situations:

  • Before the first withdrawal.
  • For transactions involving large amounts.
  • If inconsistencies appear in account information.
  • Upon reactivation after a long period of inactivity.

Acceptable documents include: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. If documents are not submitted, the account may be temporarily restricted.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into bag999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all methods.

Deposit Terms: When making a deposit, use the payment method registered to your account. Transactions from payment methods registered in a third party's name will not be accepted.
  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 (the same across all methods).
  • Upon successful deposit, the account will be credited instantly.
  • The same transaction will not be processed more than once.
  • If you experience any issue with a transaction, contact support right away.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings:

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
Note: bag999 does not charge any additional fee for processing withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply its own fees.

4.3 Transaction Failures

If any transaction fails due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, the relevant funds will automatically be returned to the source account. bag999 bears no liability in this regard.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times.

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. A 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus received.

  • Withdrawals from the bonus balance cannot be made until the wagering requirement is met.
  • The wagering must be completed within the specified time from the date the bonus is granted.
  • Certain games may not count towards wagering.
  • If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the requirements for each must be met separately.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bag999 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if any attempt to abuse the bonus system is detected (for example: multiple accounts, coordinated betting, low-risk betting strategies).

Each member will receive each promotional offer only once. If multiple members of the same household play from the same device or IP address, the bonus will apply to one account only.

Betting Rules and Fair Play

6.1 General Betting Rules

All betting activities on bag999 are conducted through a fair and transparent process. Please verify the relevant terms before confirming any bet.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except in the case of a technical error).
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will be refunded.
  • bag999 reserves the right to change odds.
  • Winnings obtained due to a software error may be cancelled.

6.2 Slots and Casino Games

All slots and casino games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of results. The outcome of each game is completely independent and does not depend on previous results.

6.3 Live Sports Betting

Live betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, football, FIFA, and other international sports events. Odds in live betting can change rapidly.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

  • Creating or managing multiple accounts.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Using hacking, bots, or automation software.
  • Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
  • Coordinating with other members to gain a strategic advantage.
  • Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
  • Betting on behalf of a third party.
Urgent Warning: If money laundering is suspected, bag999 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and is obliged to provide information to law enforcement agencies.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by bag999

bag999 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraud or deception.
  • Participation in prohibited activities.
  • Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
  • Guidance from the regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account at any time. To close your account, contact the support team. If there is no active bonus wagering on the account at the time of closure, the available balance will be returned.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more will be marked as "inactive accounts". The balance and bonuses of inactive accounts may be forfeited. Contact support to reactivate your account.

  • Misuse of the member's own password or account credentials.
Governing Jurisdiction: For the resolution of any dispute relating to these terms, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the dispute will be settled in accordance with applicable law.
